After-Hour Accessory Agility/ Accuracy Exercise

Agility: Setup cones and spend 5’ on running cone circuits.
Ability & Accuracy (choose one):
-Play catch with a lacrosse ball
-Play handball with tennis ball
-Play Spikeball
