Every 20 seconds until failure (choose only one of the following):
Level 1: 1 3/3 leg-assisted pullup
Level 2: 1 strict pull-up
Level 3: 1 strict muscle-up

Gymnastics Conditioning, Short- Mid Duration

For time, starting at the top of the next minute after “failing out” of the EMOM:
4 rope climbs
40 sit-ups
6 rope climbs
60 sit-ups

After-Hour Accessory Balance/ Pre-Hab Exercise

Pre-Hab: Spend 10-15’ on a CrossOver Symmetry protocol.
Balance: Headstands, hand- stands or frog stands for 10’.
