2 back or front squats

40X0 tempo. Work from rack, and climb to 70% of 1-rep max.

Odd Object/Gymnastics Conditioning, Short-Duration

“Shake It Off”
5 rounds for time:
10 wall-balls
10 burpee box jump-overs
30 seconds of required rest

After-Hour Strength Accessory Exercise

Strength: Glute-bridges: 5 sets of 6 reps, same load as last week
Strength: Band-resisted sidestepping, 100’ ea direction
