Cardiovascular Power/Agility Development- Sprint Intervals

Monostructural/Gymnastics Conditioning, Sprint Intervals

In teams of 2, AMRAP 20:
 200 meter run
 20 hand-releases in handstand
 60 seconds of rest
Teammates alternate rounds.
SC=2 box ATW, RX=20 hand releases, RX+= 20’ handstand walk

After-Hour Accessory Exercise, Midline & Posterior Chain

Midline: Side planks. Accumulate 2 minutes per side.
Posterior chain: GHD reverse hamstring curls, 3 x 10.

Accessory exercise, record workout results in Sugar WOD, clean/return equipment.

Tighten your running shoes. No other special prep.
