 21-minute AMRAP:
 21 thrusters w/ d-bells
 21 front squats w/ d-bells
 21 OH lunges w/ d-bell (1)
 21 pull-ups
 21 handstand push-ups
 21 calorie row
 21 double-unders

SC= load that allow completion of 21 reps in 1-3 sets?
RX+= 50s/35s.

After-Hour Accessory Exercise

Midline: Accumulate 150 side crunches (75 per side).
Balance: Practice line-walking laterally for 5-10 minutes.

Accessory exercise, record workout results in Sugar WOD,clean/return equipment. 

Get an empty bar for the warmup; wear knee sleeves, lifting shoes, grips & wraps PRN.
