150’ sled hamstring-walk
Required: 0:60 rest every 3rd min

After-Hour Agility/ Flexibility Accessory Exercise

Agility: Set up an agility ladder and practice patterns for 10’.
Flexibility: Spend 10-20’ on some flexibility deficit.
