Tricep Pressdowns: 3-5 sets of 10 at 40X0 tempo, across

After: Accessory exercise, record workout results in Sugar WOD, clean/return equipment. 

Before: Calculate 30-40% of Deadlift 1RM; wear wrist wraps.
