Weightlifting Conditioning, Mid-Duration

“Jingle Bells”
For time, in teams of 2, divided:
 100 hang power snatches
 100 overhead squats

Load: 95/65 or something LIGHT

“Deck the Halls”
With time remaining of 20:00:
 RX: Max inverted burpees
 SC: Max regular burpees

After-Hour Accessory Exercise

Strength: Calf raises with bar on back, 3 sets of 20-30 across. 

After: Accessory exercise, record workout results in Sugar WOD, clean/return equipment. 

Before: Get PVC & empty bar for warm up; wear wrist wraps, knee sleeves and lifting shoes PRN.
