 80 toes to bar
 80 sit-ups, GHD

Weightlifting Strength Development Progressive Series- Week 2 of 2

Push or Bench Press- Sets of 5
3-5 total sets as time permits.

After-Hour Accessory Exercise

Posterior chain/Stability:
4 rounds, not for time:
15 glute bridges
15 second handstand hold

After class: Accessory exercise, record workout results in Sugar WOD, clean/return equipment, check for progress vs 8-25-16.

Before: Wear gymnastics grips; maybe wrist wraps. Check 8-25- 16 notes (today is a repeat).
