Success Story Highlights
After four months at CrossFit Edwardsville, I have increased my strength and conditioning capabilities in a variety of different CrossFit exercises by 30 to 40 percent. In the first 60 days I lost 25 lbs and have increased my cardio and strength capabilities dramatically. In regards to what Crossfit Edwardsville and proper diet has done for me, my 60 day before and after pictures speak the loudest. Specifically Greg Skelly and his team of coaches, as well as the support from my fellow athletes have contributed to my success.
My favorite part of CrossFit Edwardsville is the positive atmosphere you are continually surrounded with. Coaches and fellow athletes push you to reach your goals and make you feel part of something more than just a gym. I often hear the coaches at CrossFit Edwardsville saying, “We will push you to do things you would never do yourself….” Believe me, they are absolutely right!!

After hearing about CrossFit from my brother-in-law, my wife and I went to CrossFit Edwardsville for a Saturday morning free intro class. We run, ride bikes, and have done other workouts and CrossFit sounded interesting.
We liked the workout and started going twice a week. I grew to like it more and more and now I am there four to five days a week. I hate missing a day! All the coaches I’ve worked with have been great and I love the energy in the classes. The camaraderie of everyone makes it fun and I really enjoy the challenges of the workouts!
CrossFit gives me the most amazing workouts and has taken me to new levels in a short amount of time. The classes are always varied, focusing on different movements for strength and conditioning. I love that the coaches explain all aspects of the WOD. The coaches are spot on with their knowledge and expertise in training. I have learned so much about proper form and technique from the them that I feel comfortable reaching toward new goals and giving it my best effort. The fellow athletes are such great motivators, always cheering, high-fiving and pushing me to reach my goals or get through that WOD. They make possible what seems sometimes like the impossible. I can honestly say I have never worked out at a gym that has so much camaraderie and FUN! Yes, FUN. We laugh and joke and have fun while getting a kick ass workout.
